Training

Training Services offer courses covering all aspects of design, installation, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Zhone�s products.

Training provides the knowledge and hands-on experience required to install and manage Zhone products. Classes are divided into laboratory and classroom lecture sessions, and can be provided in one of Zhone�s facilities or at the customer�s site.

MSAP/DSLAM Product Family

Technical training courses for Zhone's MSAP/DSLAM product family. These products meet the diverse needs of service providers ranging from the very small to the very large scale deployments. The portfolio supports a full range of copper and fiber technologies as well as full-featured support for VoIP, Data and Video services. These courses also cover Zhone's Network Management System that manages all of the components in the system.

Technical training courses for Zhone's portfolio of TDM-based products, including Intelligent channel banks, Next Generation DLCs with integrated DSL, T1/E1.
